The Amelia Academy: Standards

The Amelia Academy: Standards revolves around Chris Stand. Once, he was the sidekick to the most powerful super hero on the planet. These days he'd prefer to sink into obscurity. Chris grew bitter with the entire flights and tights community in the nineties, and wants nothing to do with any of the super hero business.

This all changes when a villain from Chris' past tracks him down with an offer. Mr. Godfrey, one time super criminal, has also turned his back on the lifestyle. He is opening a school for metahuman youth, and he wants Chris to teach the students. Not to be super heroes or villains, but to just be themselves.

Reluctant at first, Chris finds himself dragged back into the world of spandex and powers as friends and enemies from his past resurface. Soon Chris is the target of a plot to destroy the fledgling school before it can open.

The Amelia Academy: Standards is available at Smashwords.com, and Amazon.com for $0.99 US.

The Amelia Academy: Standards. Super humanity without the super heroism.

Me
Paul Mundane

Paul lives in Kitchener with his wife and kids. He's been writing for a long time, but only published recently. There will be more.

Paul also slings coffee for a major cafe/corporation. This fact becomes funny once you read past the second chapter of The Amelia Academy: Standards. Paul also owned a comic shop in Toronto. This fact is much more relevent, but less funny.

Paul is not very photogenic.
